Top independent IEB school with extensive grounds is seeking a qualified and experienced Estate Manager to take over maintenance of buildings, grounds and vehicles in the school.

Qualifications: B Degree preferred, 5 yrs experience managing an extensive estate and the staff of that estate is essential, Police Clearance with be required. Previous school experience not essential but will be a recommendation. Must speak and write English, be fully computer literate, have infinite patience and the ability to “make a plan” when things go wrong! Drivers’ licence and own vehicle essential.

Salary: R40kpm neg + benefits
