Well established Institute offers a Curriculum in Governance leading to a certificate qualification for experienced adults wishing to be appointed to the Board of a Company. The institute sets and marks examinations and issues certificates. The course is taught by Tertiary education providers in South Africa. The Director of training would assist with the training of facilitators for the course. The Director of QA would work with quality issues in the course.

Applicants must be Graduates in the field of Business, Accountancy, Law or Education.

Qualifications: B degree minimum, post-grad qualification preferred; Assessors or Moderators Certificates a recommendation.
